We are looking for an Executive Assistant with at least 5 years’ experience supporting at board level. You will also be working with a team of 2 EAs and assisting them when required. This role will be based in the Birmingham office with hybrid working to include 3 days at home and 2 in the office each week. The candidate should be already supporting at board level and has worked as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the EA role and what it can bring to a business and the people we support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working as part of an EA team
- Supporting a number of board level directors
- Email management
- Calendar/diary management
- Preparing correspondence (for email)
- Taking telephone/Teams calls
- Attending team meetings when requested including action taking and management
- Preparing and approving expense claims
- Travel itinerary management including booking trains and hotels
- Assisting with the organisation and management corporate hospitality where applicable
- Assisting with event management
- Assisting with planning & delivering staff events including travel and activities
Experience and skills:
- Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Demonstrable experience working as an EA, supporting C-Suite level
- Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
- Diary Management
- Office Administration
- Has worked as part of a team
- Some events experience would be preferred
- Super-organised
