As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you will play a key role in executing high-impact campaigns that drive audience engagement and lead generation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with the Events, Paid Media, and Content teams, you will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance.
Your aim is to engage the right audiences at the right time, ensuring maximum return on investment and visibility for our Communications division.
As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for:
This will include but not limited to:
- Campaign Execution: Implement and manage a variety of marketing campaigns across channels including email, paid advertising, social media, search, events and more.
- Audience Building: Develop segmented audience lists for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring personalised communication.
- CRM Management: Leverage CRM experience & tools (HubSpot) to manage leads, automate campaigns, and measure engagement.
- Paid Advertising Management: Oversee paid search, social media ads, and retargeting campaigns to maximise brand reach and conversions.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to create compelling copy and assets that support campaign goals convey key proposition messages for the Communications division across a variety of marketing channels.
- Data Analysis & Optimisation: Track and analyse campaign performance, using data insights to optimise results and inform future strategies. Adapt live campaigns and strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
- Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, track spend, and measure return on investment (ROI).
- Event Support: Assist with the promotion and execution of key events, ensuring seamless integration with wider campaigns.
Key Skills and Experience:
- A minimum 3 years in a previous marketing performance role, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Hands on experience using HubSpot, including marketing automation and reporting in HubSpot.
- Experience in managing paid advertising channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- A track record of executing concurrent multi-channel marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with data-driven thinking
- Foster clear and collaborative communication of marketing practices and campaign performance to non-marketers, ensuring everyone feels informed and aligned.
