We’re looking for a People Advisor to be a trusted partner to managers and colleagues, supporting every stage of the colleague lifecycle. From employee relations and wellbeing to engagement and inclusion, you’ll help us create a positive, collaborative environment where people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities as a People Advisor:

  • Advise managers on policies, employment law, and best practice.
  • Lead employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability processes.
  • Manage the colleague lifecycle—from onboarding to exit interviews.
  • Drive wellbeing initiatives and support absence management.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through events and activities.
  • Coordinate volunteering and work experience programmes.
  • Manage benefits, payroll support, and holiday entitlements.
  • Maintain accurate data and support audits.

What We’re Looking For:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
  • HR experience with strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) – occasional travel required.
  • UK right to work.

  • 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), with entitlement increasing by one day for each full calendar year employed, up to a maximum of five days.
