We’re looking for a Senior BDR to fuel our pipeline, convert insight into opportunity, and play a key part in supporting our Account Management and Marketing teams. You’ll be the voice behind our campaigns, the curiosity in every customer conversation, and the driving force behind high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
From turning MQLs into meaningful conversations to uncovering upsell and cross-sell potential, you’ll help us connect the right customers with the right solutions all while capturing the intelligence that powers smarter selling.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Business Development Representative:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively prospect Marketing-driven campaigns into a defined group of SME/Enterprise customers.
- Convert MQLs into SQLs through multi-touchpoint engagement including calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, capturing detailed business intelligence and customer sentiment.
- Follow agreed Rules of Engagement, ensuring account manager alignment and use of approved communication channels.
Customer Intelligence & CRM Excellence
- Enrich customer data through discovery conversations capturing renewal risks, concerns, competitive activity, and key lifecycle milestones.
- Maintain immaculate CRM hygiene, ensuring forecasting and pipeline data is accurate and up to date.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Support Marketing-led events, ensuring maximum attendance and structured follow-up activity.
- Work closely with Account Management, Customer Support and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Use social media proactively to promote campaigns, share relevant content, and identify engagement opportunities.
Coaching & Leadership Support
- Assist the Lead Generation Manager with training, call reviews, shadowing sessions and coaching junior BDRs.
- Support the management of active campaigns, team briefings and performance analytics when required.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally in a Technology or MSP context.
- Experience in Account Management or Customer Success is highly desirable.
- Proven success in building strong customer relationships and delivering effective discovery conversations.
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled in CRM usage, pipeline management, and data accuracy.
- Understanding of sales methodologies, processes, or training experience is advantageous.
- Degree-level qualification preferred but not essential.
