As a Digital Activation Specialist, you will be a key player in our
vibrant and growing marketing team. Your core responsibility will be to drive
our ambitious digital activation strategies, with a strong focus on growth
hacking and a test & learn approach. You will be instrumental in planning,
executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels,
including paid media, social media, search engines, and email.
Key Responsibilities, this will include but is not limited to:
- Develop and deploy growth hacking techniques to rapidly scale our
marketing efforts, identifying and exploiting new opportunities for growth.
- Drive a culture of experimentation by constantly testing new ideas, strategies,
and channels, iterating quickly based on data-driven insights to optimise
performance and outcomes.
- Utilise A/B testing and other analytical methods to refine digital campaigns,
ensuring continuous improvement and maximisation of ROI.
- Working closely with our Campaign Manager, plan, execute, and optimise digital
marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid media, across diverse channels
including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven and results-oriented, with constant monitoring
and adjustment to enhance effectiveness.
- Lead SEO planning efforts, working closely with the content team to ensure
seamless delivery and impactful results.
- Develop content strategies that enhance organic search rankings and boost brand
visibility.
- Create and manage dynamic social media campaigns that increase brand awareness
and audience engagement.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, optimising for
deliverability and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success
of digital campaigns.
- Provide detailed, actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future
digital strategies.
Skills and Experience:
- Marketing related degree preferred although not essential
- A minimum of 3 years in a previous marketing role
- Experience with planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns
across various channels.
- SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page
optimisation.
